We had a very nice time. The house is on the beach and walking distance to everything. Free trolley just a half block down the street to go north or south on the island.

The location and views are spectacular but the rental unit is less wonderful. Terry, the landlord was responsive and helpful. While very clean and tidy it has seen better days from a decor and a structural standpoint. The porch railing is separated at one corner and there are remnants of rusted wire in several locations. The floor is dipped in some areas inside the unit and the edge of the tub appears rusted. I’m sure the rent would be substantially higher if the condition of the unit matched the location and views.
