Our condo was totally renovated and professional decorated in a tasteful Floridian theme.

All new — windows, sliding glass doors, modern wood doors and trim, newly painted textured walls and neutral colour vinyl plank flooring throughout. As well — new, living room, dining room and kitchen coastal style furnishings, artwork, and accessories.
A wall mounted quartz counter in the kitchen allows a separate area to use all your electronic devices.

This unit also features, custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, full size front loading washer and dryer, cable TV, high speed wireless internet and luxury linens.

The master suite has a king size bed with sliding glass doors opening to the large lanai. The lanai is furnished with new chairs and tables where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glorious evening sunset.

The spacious second bedroom offers a queen and a twin size bed.
The two full bathrooms have new vanities, mirrors, LED lights, plus hair dryers.
For your enjoyment the living room and master bedroom have new wall mounted flat-screen televisions.

We also include beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, picnic cooler for the beach and beach toys.
You will love the large heated swimming pool, with plenty of lounge chairs, a charcoal grill and 2 covered privately assigned parking spots.

— We make it easy for you with Digital check-in and key-less entry. Forget the days of trying to coordinate key pickup and condo check-in, lost keys or someone in your party getting locked out. We do it all digitally! When you rent from us you will receive a digital welcome package and a 14 page digital travel guide. Prior to your arrival we’ll deliver both packages directly to your phone, tablet or computer containing all the information you will need for your vacation. Packages include — directions to the Condo, your 6 digit code to the remote keyless lock, instructions how to work the A/C, television and appliances, a guide to our favourite restaurants, shopping guide, things to do and more. When you are out and looking for a place to eat or planning your next day activities all the information you need is at your finger tips.

— You can enjoy all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. Tour the island by boat. Or parasail! Rent a bike – scooter, boat, or a jet ski. Look for shells as you stroll the beaches (seven miles of it.) Shop small boutiques, jewelers, art galleries, and other local offerings. Go fishing. Pack your days with activity, or leave them blissfully unscheduled. The choice is yours on Anna Maria Island.

— With the island's laid back charm and leisurely unhurried living speed limits are restricted to 25-35 mph throughout the island.

— This tropical paradise also offers free trolley service for both tourists and residents. A car is not necessary when vacationing on the island or you could park your car for your entire vacation. The trolley tours the island from 6:00 am tom10:30 pm and runs every 20-30 minutes. For your convenience the trolley stops right in-front of Absolute Anna Maria.

— Our condo is located within a few minutes walk of some of the Island’s best restaurants and bars including, Kokunut Hut, Wicked Cantina, Beach House, Omas, Island Time, Bridge Street Bistro, Blue Marlin, Bridge Tender Inn, and Anna Maria Oyster Bar on the Pier. Many of these feature live music seven days a week.

The condo was everything we expected after doing our research. Terry made the process simple from start to finish. He checked in with us upon arrival and was responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. Old Florida Building , Condo is updated/decorated “beautifully beachy” as it should be should be. Information provided to us about the Island itself was very helpful; whether restaurants, beach rentals etc. Great pool and easy steps to the beach access! Looking forward to a return trip! We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very nice and wonderfully decorated. It was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location is absolutely perfect!! It's close to EVERYTHING!! Terry was extremely attentive, any time we needed something he responded quickly via phone or text to make sure that we were taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

Extended Stay in Bradenton Beach

My daughters and I had a great trip. The condo has a lot of room in the dining room, living room and master bedroom. Close to town, close to the beach and a short golf cart ride up or down the coastline to find just about anything you would want or need. Pool was small but clean, we spent a lot of time there. It was crazy hot. Had a couple of minor issues but they were resolved very quickly by the property owner.

Unqualified Recommendation

We spent two weeks at Beach View at dive Gulf Watch Resort this year . We have divaveled to Florida in early spring every year for some time, but had never stayed on Anna Maria Island. We were more that surprised to find an area brimming with restaurants, activities, and great views of the ocean and the bay. The ocean was close, and the pool closer. The condo was well maintained and clean. In short, this area and Golf Watch Resort have our unqualified recommendation.

Fantastic location/beautiful condo

What a wonderful vacation. Anna Maria Island is simply paradise. We couldn't have been happier widiv this condo. The location was wonderful. We really enjoyed staying essentially on the beach. I loved being able to wake up in the morning and walk directly to the beach and go for a long walk ... without ever having to put on shoes. How great is that? We rented a golf cart to get around for the week - which was great! We're glad we didn't decide to rent a car. The golf cart is so much more fun. We also enjoyed the proximity to the restaurants and shops in Bradenton Beach. We liked being able to walk to the restaurants in the evening without having to take out the golf cart. We really appreciated that there were beach chairs and beach towels provided so that we didn't have to come up with that for ourselves. It was also nice to be provided with laundry pods so we could throw in a load of laundry during the week. They really did think of everything. My husband and I would highly recommend this condo! It was clean, beautiful, wonderfully maintained and in a great location!

Location location Location!

This was an amazing property just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and a short gulf cart ride to all of the best restaurants! The house is brand new and had everything you need to feel right at home & the upper deck was the best place to sip your morning cup of coffee. We came for our honeymoon and will definitely be booking it again for our anniversary!

The condo was so perfect!

The condo was so perfect! It was beautifully decorated, had nice appliances, very functional bedrooms and badivrooms, as well as a balcony with chairs. The aqua color scheme throughout the house was a very nice touch. Having 2 designated parking spaces for our condo was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were super simple. The owner, Terry, checked in with us just to make sure everything was going well. And when we divied to use the tv one rainy evening, and we couldn't figure it out, Terry was very helpful. The property is very well maintained and absolutely beautiful. The pool was clean, conveniently located for the condo, and a nice warm temperature. The best thing about the condo is its location. It's a short walk to the beach, as well as our favorite breakfast spot (Gulf Drive Cafe), and numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The proximity to the Cortez bridge also made it ideal for walking across the bridge to Tide Tables, Seafood Shack and the Sea Hagg shop. After a walk across for exploring and lunch one day, on our return walk across the bridge, 5-6 dolphins came out to greet us. This condo is exactly what we're looking for when we go to the beach for a weekend. We would absolutely stay here again! Date of arrival - October 24, 2020
