The unit is totally air conditioned with phone, free international and domestic long distance calling, WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, cable TV, a 60” television in the living room, a 50” television in the master bedroom plus, HI DEFINITION television with over 170 channels and REMOTE KEYLESS LOCKS.
The kitchen is of contemporary design with white cabinets, granite countertops and European lighting and offers all amenities including refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal, pots and pans, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee cups, glasses, blender, coffee maker and toaster, washer/dryer and much more.
What you are surely to like about the Anna Maria Island Beach Waves condo is the location. Located at the narrowest part of Anna Maria Island where the island is only 150 yards wide. Our complex stretches from Florida's Intra-Coastal Waterway to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. We are literally surrounded by water with the pool located in the middle of the complex.

Our family of four including 21 and 14 yr old children stayed at this beach front property over Christmas 2022. It was perfect for us! View of beach and property is accurately described in the photos. It is updated and clean. The beds were very comfortable! There was one tiny snafu in that the main bedroom light and ceiling fan weren't working but we made it work with the lamps. It didn't deter our wonderful stay and we are already thinking of when we can book this cute beachhouse in the near future! Thank you for hosting us-we'll be back!

The house was in an amazing location. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The roof top deck was amazing with the views of the ocean. Extremely easy access to beach, and all the fixing needed for a relaxing day on the island beach. The only negative is the description of the property lead us to believe there were 2 king beds and on 2 different floors. There Is only 1 king and 3 double. No reason to complain though, everyone was comfortable! We are already planning our next trip down to the island!

We came for a destination beach wedding. The online photos are very accurate. The place was very clean and updated. It is across the street from the gulf side of the island. The beach is sugar sand, clean and not a ton of people which we liked. The location is a 10 minute easy walk to the the Bridge Street area with plenty of restaurants and shops. We had 6 adults in our group and the quick beach and shopping options allowed for everyone to do their own thing without requiring a car. Fly into Sarasota airport- 20 minute drive(approx $30). A rental car is not needed if you are staying on the island. The AMI free trolley goes right by the house with a stop a few houses down if you want to explore the island. One in our group called the golf cart shuttle to go to dinner. It was free with a tip recommended. The area is very quiet after 10pm.

The property was very clean for being practically right on the beach. I had trouble getting into the place, but Terry fixed that right away. Our tv and Wi-Fi didn’t work, but that was the least of our worries on the beach. Our master bedroom light burnt out a day into our stay, but that wasn’t the end of the world as there were lamps on each side of the bed. We also didn’t have shampoo and conditioner in each of the bathrooms, but we packed our own so it was nice not relying on that. It would have been nice to have a dustpan to keep the sand swept up. We had a broom so we swept it to one area. Overall, this was a good stay.

Amazing property with fantastic views and a rooftop patio. Easy access to a sugar sand beach and multiple dolphin sightings. Spectacular sunsets from the pier allowed for incredible photo opportunities. Bridge street was just a 10 minute walk up the street and had several decent bars/restaurants. We stayed for a week. This place had a great location across the street from a great beach. The road is constantly busy but didn't seem to be much of an issue with noise. House is small but was great for 4 adults and 2 kids for half the trip. Roof top deck was great. Place had several beach items like chairs, kids toys, tubes etc.etc. Umbrellas all seemed to be broken so we didn't really use them. Only negative to us was the lack of cooking things as there was no salt/pepper/seasonings, oil etc. This might just be a florida thing as other trips we had similar issues in Florida like that or no paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper etc. Most rentals we typically feel all of that stuff is mostly there and we VRBO often all over the USA. If we were to stay at this place again we would bring those cooking things, another roll of toilet paper as one bathroom ran out. Also maybe bring a blanket as they only had one extra and when on the roof top deck a few people got chilly. They also didn't have any tupperware, plastic bags, etc.etc. So really a bare bones kitchen. Definitely bring your own water bottles. Overall great spot, location was great, we would definitely stay at this place again if we go back to the island which is likely.

You can't beat the location with this rental. Steps out the door to the beach and only a few blocks down from bridge st. We had a great stay and also enjoyed the views from the rooftop.

The house was just as described and shown in the photos. The location was perfect. The short walk to the restaurants and shops at the pier was ideal. The rooftop deck was the best part by far. We will definitely be back!

Our family of four including 21 and 14 yr old children stayed at this beach front property over Christmas 2022. It was perfect for us! View of beach and property is accurately described in the photos. It is updated and clean. The beds were very comfortable! There was one tiny snafu in that the main bedroom light and ceiling fan weren't working but we made it work with the lamps. It didn't deter our wonderful stay and we are already thinking of when we can book this cute beachhouse in the near future! Thank you for hosting us-we'll be back!

The house was in an amazing location. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The roof top deck was amazing with the views of the ocean. Extremely easy access to beach, and all the fixing needed for a relaxing day on the island beach. The only negative is the description of the property lead us to believe there were 2 king beds and on 2 different floors. There Is only 1 king and 3 double. No reason to complain though, everyone was comfortable! We are already planning our next trip down to the island!

We came for a destination beach wedding. The online photos are very accurate. The place was very clean and updated. It is across the street from the gulf side of the island. The beach is sugar sand, clean and not a ton of people which we liked. The location is a 10 minute easy walk to the the Bridge Street area with plenty of restaurants and shops. We had 6 adults in our group and the quick beach and shopping options allowed for everyone to do their own thing without requiring a car. Fly into Sarasota airport- 20 minute drive(approx $30). A rental car is not needed if you are staying on the island. The AMI free trolley goes right by the house with a stop a few houses down if you want to explore the island. One in our group called the golf cart shuttle to go to dinner. It was free with a tip recommended. The area is very quiet after 10pm.

The property was very clean for being practically right on the beach. I had trouble getting into the place, but Terry fixed that right away. Our tv and Wi-Fi didn’t work, but that was the least of our worries on the beach. Our master bedroom light burnt out a day into our stay, but that wasn’t the end of the world as there were lamps on each side of the bed. We also didn’t have shampoo and conditioner in each of the bathrooms, but we packed our own so it was nice not relying on that. It would have been nice to have a dustpan to keep the sand swept up. We had a broom so we swept it to one area. Overall, this was a good stay.

We loved our stay at this property! The house was clean and well stocked with beach gear and other household items. We loved the rooftop deck in the mornings and evenings. It felt like home for our week’s vacation. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding to Bridge Street daily. This property is now on our favorites list and we definitely plan to return!

Amazing property with fantastic views and a rooftop patio. Easy access to a sugar sand beach and multiple dolphin sightings. Spectacular sunsets from the pier allowed for incredible photo opportunities. Bridge street was just a 10 minute walk up the street and had several decent bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend and return

Property was exactly as it looks. Excellent condition, phenomenal location directly across the street from beach, and steps to all these little shops and great restaurants. We were a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kids 9/7...they loved everything about the house and location. Sunsets on the roof deck were incredible! We will definitely be back!

Had a great time in a beautiful house on a beautiful island. This was the first time i have ever been to the ocean and it was a great experience. The property is amazing. Looking out the front window right to the ocean was amazing and i cant wait to go back!!Posted: 10/25/2021
