The Beach View 208 provides you with a fully stocked kitchen with six Whirpool appliances, with contemporary glass stove top, plus coffee maker, toaster and blender. REMOTE KEYLESS LOCKS.
The kitchen, dining room, living room and both full washrooms feature ceramic tile. The Beach View 208 has all new leather furniture including sofa, love seat and chair complemented with an matching ottoman for your comfort and a new 55” flat screen television.
This condo features all new wall art, a new contemporary glass table and chairs in the dining room. The master bedroom offers you a King size bed, ceiling fan and 37” television.
The second bedroom offers you a King size bed and 50” television and beautiful views of the Gulf Of Mexico as well.

Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The proximity to the beach was great. Great restaurants around. Would highly recommend and would stay again. One suggestion would be to add curtains instead of the vertical blinds in the master bedroom. Great Place
This was a great place to stay. Just a very short walk to the beach. The pool was even closer and extremely clean. We arrived to our unit to find everything we needed; kitchen essentials and non essentials, linens, beach chairs and directions for the TV remote and AC. The unit was very clean. I did call the property manager because one of the bed frames was broken. The response was immediate and taken care of quickly. I hope to come back to this unit next summer.Posted: 6/29/2021

Great location
This was our second stay in the Gulf Watch complex. Terry is easy to work with and if you need anything he is quick to respond and address your problem. The condo is comfortable and well stocked with everything you will need including towels, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella and toiletries, paper items, etc. We love this location. It’s convenient to many restaurants and Bridge Street. The island is very narrow here, so the complex stretches from beach to bay. The beach is just across the street. It’s nice to spend some time there and then come back to eat lunch and relax by the pool afterward. The complex is small enough that you will often have to pool to yourself as well depending on the time of day.Posted: 10/26/2020
