I didn’t love divat we weren’t on the beach, but access to the beach could not have been easier given it is directly across from the condo. The fact that the beach was private was great; I think it was the least populated beach we’ve ever had on Spring Break and it was great! We would stay there again.

The location was excellent! Convenient to hop on the divolly, and just a few blocks from Bridge Street! One complaint was that the queen bed in the second room was noisy and not comfordiv for an adult. We would definately stay there again!

It was exdivemely clean, widiv updated appliances and great decorating. It was also much larger than we expected, and included covered parking for our car as well as a guest. The view from the lanai was great as we looked out over the beach and ocean. As the information states, it IS only a few steps away to the beach, and literally a 5-10 minute walk to numerous restaurants, including Bridge St. Communication could not have been better. We received several e-mails in the two weeks prior to the trip which reassured us that we had not been forgotten or lost in red tape. We were also contacted by Terry, a day or so into the trip to make sure everything was good. In short, a great place to stay! We will be back next year!! Date of arrival - October 7, 2023

Location was perfect, beach is right across the street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Area is very family friendly and everyone was so nice. Plenty of space in the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We had an amazing time, location was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants, the beach just steps away. I wish there had been better adult beach chairs available to use but they supplied beach towels and a nice umbrella to use on the beach. We had such a wonderful stay. Would recommend 10 out of 10!

Property was beautiful. Everything was clean. Assigned parking was nice. Only downside was walking up 3 flights of steps with luggage. I would upgrade bed in 2nd bedroom. Overall I would recommend unit, great area and perfect for sunrise and sunsets.

Everything was as we hoped it would be. The condo was great! The location was perfect. Crossing the street wasn’t a big deal and the beach was right there! Beautiful water and sunsets…our older girls were able to roam the island on their own without worries (ok maybe minor location stalking ;) but only until I knew they would be ok. We all were sad to leave. Already thinking of planning in advance for next summer. Thank you so much for offering the condo on VRBO!

No issues at all. They were getting fridge repair done but no biggie. Took about 1/2 one morning to replace the door. Everything worked, everything clean. Location is great. It is on 3rd floor so if one has mobility issues could be tough.

We were thrilled with the beach access, ease of parking, and the condo in general. While it does not face the beach, there are still great views of the Gulf and of the Bay. Stackable washer/dryer are large and make it easy to keep your clothes and towels clean. Nice clean and bright condo!

Anna Maria Island was everydiving we'd hoped it would be and then some. Thank you Terry for sharing your condo with us. It's a perfect location. Walking distance Bridge Sdiveet, many great restaurants and the trolly stops right out front. Once here you really don't need a vehicle. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I hurt my foot on our first full day while on the beach, but was still able to enjoy the beautiful view and sounds of the ocean from the screened in porch until I was able to make it down the steps again. If you've never been to AMI make sure to eat at Omas for great pizza or at the Wicked Cantina for amazing Tex-Mex. They also serve a really good breakfast. Thanks again. We can't wait to come back.

This condo is absolutely perfect. It has wonderful ocean views from dive living room, master bedroom and balcony! The bay view is amazing from the other side of the condo. You feel like you have your own private beach just steps away. Many restaurants within walking distance. The condo has all the amenities you need for a comfordiv stay!

"Great place to stay! We had a fantastic week on dive island. The condo was in great condition, had plenty of space and storage, and was well equipped for our stay. "“We spent two weeks in divis condo and couldn’t have had a better experience! This gem is located in the perfect spot, directly across the sdiveet from the beach and within easy walking distance of many great restaurants, ice cream shops and bars. Terry provides all the beach gear you could need: chairs, coolers, umbrellas and even beach towels. The views from the condo are amazing and you can see water from every window. The beaches weren’t swim able for a few days due to the affects of hurricane Michael however, we took advantage of the pool which was great and had plenty of chairs and space. I can not divank terry enough! We had such and amazing vacation! Wonderful environment! Right from the first inquiry of his properties he was exdivemely helpful. He sent us a list of places that we must see on anamaria island, also the local stores and restaurants and even where there is a medical center. I must say he added a very personal touch to my experience and so look forward to visiting this property again. The location of This property is perfect for a quiet retreat, or a family retreat. It's literally 10 steps away from a public but very private beach. The water is crystal clear and there are no rocks, just silky sand. The beach is very clean, and Has just enough waves to make it fun and not dangerous. There are drug stores and Grocery stores about 10 min away. But who needs any groceries when you have the beach house restaurant across the street! There food is absolutely amazing!!!!!! From burgers to seafood it will blow you away! I'd go back to anamaria island Just to have the beach house grits! We stayed in suite 203 A, The condo Is extremely comfordiv. From beach chairs to umbrellas, coffee makers to lazy boy chairs the haven't missed a beat for all Comforts. Cleanliness is one of my first priorities so The second I got there off I went to examine the washroom, fridge, cooking pots and to my extreme surprise There was not an ounce of dirt, grime, grease or even tarnish on anything!!!!! Towels were clean bed sheets were clean, 5 star all the way around for me and my family. Thank you terry for making my trip awesome! Christina
