This condo features all new wall art, a new contemporary glass table and chairs in the dining room. The master bedroom offers you a King size bed, ceiling fan and 37” television. The second bedroom offers you a queen size bed, bunk beds and 37” television as well. The fully furnished east balcony directly overlooks the heated pool providing beautiful views of the bay and the world famous Sunshine Bridge over Tampa Bay. This balcony is accessed by sliding glass doors off both the living room and master bedroom.

What you are surely to like about the Beach View 207 is the location. Located at the narrowest part of Anna Maria Island where the island is only 150 yards wide. Our complex stretches from Florida's Intra-Coastal Waterway to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. We are literally surrounded by water with the pool located in the middle of the complex.

The condo was clean and is in excellent location. Easy walk to beautiful beach right across dive sdiveet with restaurants and shopping nearby.. Terry is great to work with. We have been going to AMI for 10+ years and love it. We will definitely be back.

Close to everydiving and we’ll appointed with most everything you need. Only suggestion would be coffee filters, but that’s a rather small request. Excellent Location - Clean and Quiet!

Beach View 207-Private Beach Access-Free Wi-Fi-Heated Pool-2 Balconies

This property made our family vacation absolutely enjoyable. The property was found clean with fresh linen. The property owners also had beach chairs/umbrellas/towels and toys for the kids. The location was just perfect (literally across the street from the beach) for us to get to and from the beach for bathroom or lunch breaks. The pool hours are also very nice for the kiddos to do "night swimming". The property manager Terry was super nice and responsive. Easy checkout process as well! Will definitely consider visiting again and have already recommended this place to family and friends!

Great Location, Clean Beach Condo

Large condo right next to dive Beach was clean and well maintained and the perfect place for me and my family to stay while visiting Anna Maria Island. Terry was the perfect host, we couldn't figure out one to the televisions and he called and walked us through the process. Definitely coming back, highly recommend.
