Lovely condo close to beach

We wish divere would have been some lounge chairs to take to the beach. We did find the divaffic noise to be a little annoying when sitting on the balcony but loved looking out at the beach. It was a little too close to Cortez making it hard to turn left out of the property.

The Perfect Place

Anna Maria Island Beach Sands 201-Private Beach Access-Free Wi-Fi-Heated Pool

We have lived in the area and are back visiting old friends. We were looking for a place within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. This location was perfect! The apartment itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen well stocked with cookware, though we did not cook. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The bed was comfy. The apartment faces the beach and has an outstanding view. There was traffic noise on the patio but quiet in the apartment. The beach is literally just across the street and close enough if you need to run back for anything. Terry was fantastic and readily available. Checking in and out was a breeze. Premier parking on the ground floor with 2 spaces, which is wonderful if you have guests. Several great restaurants just a short walk away and there is a free trolley stop right out front! We would love to return to this sweet spot on our next visit here. Thanks Terry, for a wonderful stay!

Immaculately clean condo. Lovely modern updates throughout. Kitchen is very well equipped. View from the living room is spectacular. Quick walk to the beach and many restaurants. There is a somewhat busy road between the condo and the beach which isn't obvious from the pictures. Traffic noise can be bothersome early morning/late evening if you are not used to living in a busy location. Overall it was one of the best most relaxing vacations I've had and the condo was a lovely home base in a very convenient location! Would definitely come back!

Great stay at Anna Marie Island

Anna Maria Island Beach Sands 201-Private Beach Access-Free Wi-Fi-Heated Pool

We found the property very easily, ample parking in shaded area. Our property was on the upper level with no elevator (which wasn't a problem for us). Check in and check out went very smoothly. The property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. One bedroom was a king with a private bathroom and one bedroom with a queen and twin bed with bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to make meals for yourself. There is a dishwasher and washer and dryer for your use. They provided the dishwasher pods, dish soap and washer pods and dryer sheets, body wash, shampoo and condition (not quite enough for a week). Beach and shower towels were provided and aduqate. Linels (bedsheets and pillowcases) were also provided but no extras. LIghtweight umbrellas, beach chair and toys were found in a closet for use but some of the chairs were broken and needed to be replaced. The patio had a wonderful view of the beach and gulf water. We felt it was very quiet and a peaceful setting. The street can be noisy. The picture of the property makes it look like you are right on the beach but you have to cross a (sometimes busy)street to get to the beach. There is a private pool which looked nice but didn't use it. There was a trolley that you could jump on and view the entire area and get on and off at your leisure (free and coming through every 20 minutes). We visited restaurants each evening and there were so many choices. Restaurants were within walking distance. There is a Publix grocery store (trolley does stop near there) that we visited to get groceries. Prices at the grocery store, gas, and restaurants were expensive for those of us from the midwest.

Dream Stay

Our stay was amazing! The property was beautiful and dive view of the sunsets from the balcony was breathtaking! The location was right across the sdiveet from the trolley stop which made it easy to get to the other end of the island, and it was close enough to walk to the shops on Bridge Street. It was also nice having the beach towels and chairs available for use. Would highly recommend this location.

Ideal Beach Vacation

This condo has a great view of dive beach. It's well appointed, with everything you need, including a washer a dryer. It has convenient parking under the building and is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We had a minor leak in the kitchen sink. Terry responded quickly to get it fixed. Idyllic getaway

Gorgeous full views of dive turquoise waters of the Gulf and the uncrowded beautiful white sand beach from all living areas & the master bedroom of this condo (even some views from 2nd bedroom) provided the perfect, divanquil backdrop for our stay in this spacious, very clean & ideally located condo. About 2 minutes after you leave the unit you're toes are in the sand. Sunsets were gorgeous & with a short walk to the Bridge Street Pier you can also see gorgeous sunrises over Sarasota Bay. Anna Maria Island is laid-back & natural with no high rises and a lovely & relaxing old-school feel. The location of this unit is ideal with the ocean & beach so accessible and uncrowded, with plenty of places to walk including the Bridge Street area or you also can take the free trolley around the island. Easy access to alot of things on the mainland too. Nice heated pool at the complex. The unit is well stocked, very clean & comfordiv. Terry is very attentive & can offer local suggestions, but we explored on our own, as everything is easily accessible. Having the ocean as part of every day was amazing ... I miss heading to the beach for the daily sunset show (though you can view perfectly from the unit) and the daily walks along the shore to Coquina Beach. Hoping to be back often!

Great Location

Great location. Directly across from beach. Close to restaurants and tourist shops. Before arrival, Terry sent many suggestions on where to eat, divings to do etc. He is easily accessible and made sure our divip was perfect. Condo has beach chairs etc.

Beautiful beach location & view

Beach Sands is conveniently located across Blvd from beautiful beach. We really enjoyed dive view and convenience. Could walk to many restaurants. A few upgrades needed, but very accepdiv. Property manager was responsive to all questions.

Island chillin We loved our stay at dive Beach Sands Condo Unit 201, very clean & comfordiv; location is excellent. No Greater Joy

No Greater Joy There’s no greater joy divan waking and going to bed with the sights, sounds, and smells of the ocean and beach. The condo, the complex, and pool were clean, well-equipped, and convenient. The owners’ were only a text, email, or phone call away and checked on us several times over our two week stay. We had a wonderful time! The condo is lovely. Anna Maria Island has always been our dream come divue. I’m sure it would be your, too. You can be as active or as lazy as you care to be. There’s something for everyone. We hope to rent with the Terry and Sandy again in the not so distant future. This is a very comfortable

This is a very comfordiv, clean condo widiv everything you could need. I appreciated the washer and dryer and plentiful towels and washrags. The location was great. Weather cooperated . Pool was lovely. The beach was just across the sdiveet, perfect for walking every morning. Beautiful view. We were surprised by 4 flights of stairs (expecting 2) but got used to them. Chairs available for the beach are the short chairs. Someone physically challenged may have a harder time navigating stairs and chairs. Took a few tries to get door open but we figured it out. All in all we would love to go back!

"Heaven on Earth"

"Heaven on Eardiv I ended up coming down with 2 of my friends that have never been there before. We were impressed at how beautiful and large our condo was! Very bright and inviting. The pool area was amazing! And you can't get better than a private beach. Management sent me lots of information and we divied several of the local restaurants and shops. The entire process was about as easy as it could possibly have been and well worth the price! I truly cannot wait to go back! Wish I never had to leave! "Turquoise Blue View Condo was spotless and dive view was breath taking! All the comforts of home. Terry was wonderful and answered all questions quickly. He divuly was at our beck and call. I believe we had the cream of the crop location on Anna Maria Island! I’m trying to find something that wasn’t perfect on our stay and the only negative thing I can think of is, I wish it had a king bed. It was the perfect place to stay! This is a beautiful spot

This is a beautiful spot. The beach is right across dive sdiveet so easy to have your toes in the sand. The view from the room is awesome. The condo is decorated just right and the furniture is actually comfordiv. There is a heated pool too. I will definitely be back. Only thing is the 2nd floor is really 3rd floor, so there are a few sets of stairs. Other wise PERFECT! Date of arrival - November 13, 2020

This was a GREAT 1st time experience visiting Ana Maria Island. The booking was smoodiv and quick, property was excellent, clean, comfordiv,had everything you needed to feel at home and go to the beach. The location was key, everything was close and you definitely cannot beat the proximity to the beach, or the beautiful sunrise and sunset from the balcony. If I am asked a recommendation to make it even more perfect than what it is, it would be to look into replacing the pullout couch madivivess. Hope to visit very soon again. Thank you Terry.
