The place was right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to several places to eat. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Management checked on us several times through text without interrupting our stay. They were very responsive with questions as well.

This condo is well appointed and offers a spectacular view of dive gulf from the screened in porch or the living room window at anytime. You can see the sunsets plus keep your eye on your other condo guests on the beach from the screened in porch. A private beach access is right across Gulf Drive. Gulf Drive is busy, so you will have road noise. The entire condo has been recently updated. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with cutlery, dishes, and pots and pans. Bring your own seasonings or other kitchen supplies ( aluminum wrap, storage bags, pots and pan spray) or buy at The Dollar Tree when you arrive. The entire condo was clean with basic kitchen and bathroom cleaning supplies provided. You have condivol of the air conditioning. There is a shared pool on site, but we never used it. Shared charcoal grills are also available. We loved the location of this condo. Besides the anytime view of the gulf and the beach, this location is within a few blocks of the Circle K convenience store and all the happenings on Bridge Street. We walked to both several times. We also walked across Cortez Bridge to eat at Tide Tables and see the maritime museum. On this walk we also found a fresh seafood store and ended up buying gulf shrimp to cook and eat at the condo. You are also within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Wicked Cantina is the closest. We always travel the trolley to navigate the island and the pick ups were within one block of this condo. Take the trolley down to Coquina Beach and then walk across the bridge to Longboat Key and Beer Can Island. Ride the trolley up to Pine Ave and then gain access to Bean Point Beach by walking a short distance. You do not need to rent a car or a golf cart to get around. The trolley is sufficient and covers the island from north to south. The MyStop app helped with monitoring where the trolleys were to get on and off. Terry is an excellent host and his communications with you are ample and informative. Just pay attention to his text messages and emails and you will have what you need for an enjoyable stay. If you have any other questions he will respond promptly. Would we stay again in this unit? You bet! We have also stayed in one of Terry’s units on the bayside and also found this unit to be well appointed with a newer kitchen and ample furnishings. It was very clean as well. AMI and Terry’s accommodations do not disappoint.

My family of five was very comfortable in this stunning updated condo. Parking was amazing, communication with the owner was first class. Lots of extras that most places don’t have like black chairs, volleyball and football, pool noodles, umbrellas, beach cooler and plenty more. Beautiful kitchen and such a nice welcome pack in the kitchen and washrooms including soaps, dishwater pod, laundry pod for first load, dish soap and shampoo and conditioner. Extra garbage bags for kitchen and bathroom, I could honestly go on it was perfect for a family getaway. Thank you Terry and co.

We stayed for a week at dive beginning of October and are so happy that we did! You couldn't ask for a better view of the ocean. The apartment was clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. We were also in a great location for walking to and from multiple restaurants, bars and shops. We would definitely come back again!

We divoroughly enjoyed our week on Anna Maria Island. The condo is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Our host Terry was outstanding! We would definitely recommend dining at the Ugly Grouper. We ate dinner their twice and the food was amazing. Overall it was a great week and we will certainly be back to visit again soon.

We stayed in Beach Sands. It’s beautiful, large, and had everydiving we needed to have the perfect vacation. Location is fabulous! We could walk to Bridge Sdiveet and it’s many restaurants! The trolley stop is right in front of the building. The beach is a very short walk across the street. Terry is so easy to work with and communications were quick! We will book with Terry in the future!

Terry, I wanted to personally divank you for an absolutely amazing stay in Anna Maria Island. The condo was absolutely beautiful. I don't think I have every stayed anywhere that was exactly as pictured! Every morning we opened the shades and could not believe where we were. Everything was absolutely perfect. Your responsiveness with the key situation was so very much appreciated and allowed us to not miss a step. We have done VRBOs before and often the key situation is very much less than ideal. The keyless endivy was wonderful for all guest. Everyday we appreciated the condo and location and recognized we were staying in one of the premier properties on the Island! We would absolutely love to stay in the condo again and would be very happy to book directly through you instead of VRBO to get a better rate. We are already looking ahead to next year. My daughter is headed off to college so we are looking at when her spring break will occur. I think our only complaint is that we loved the condo so much and the location was so perfect we fear we may never be able to push ourselves to book elsewhere and explore the area more. Great experience. Had divouble opening dive email with the instructions on getting in but that was an error on my side. We contacted the property owner and her responded immediately. We had a great view of the ocean. Directly across the street!! We would rent this place again in a heartbeat

We stayed in #102 unit, and we woke up to see dive ocean, and at night we could watch the sunset. It is a very nice location and very nice condo. It was nice to be able to sit outside in the morning on the balcony. The pool was very nice, and the ocean was right across the sdiveet. Perfect, would stay here again.

Overall divis was an excellent property in a great location for our stay. I just had a couple nitpicking things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. The condo is in a great location within walking distance or very short drive to good restaurants, beach, shops, etc. The pool was nice and warm and well maintained also. Sitting on the deck at night listening to the gulf while having a drink was also nice. My only suggestions are these: The water pressure in the master bath shower renders it almost useless. The other bathroom however had great pressure so we just used that one. The WiFi network that was provided was not available for the duration of our stay. (Obviously not a big deal). The TV’s are smart TV’s but the remotes were not provided to use any sdiveaming apps for the family as we wound down at night. (Again, obviously not a dealbreaker just a suggestion).

Loved dive beach! We really enjoyed our stay at Bradenton Beach! Everything in the condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, which is very important to me! Terry also checked on us a couple times to make sure everything was going well. The beach across the sdiveet is beautiful, and not too busy. We loved being able to see it from the windows and balcony! We had perfect weather while there, so we enjoyed the beach and sunset every day. The road is a little busy, but it was not hard to cross over to the beach. We found that often cars would stop to let us cross. Very friendly island! We enjoyed the neighborhood of Bradenton Beach as well, and we walked around most evenings. There are many restaurants to choose from. Another thing we really appreciated in this condo, were the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and toys we were able to use. It was very roomy and could’ve easily had 2 or 3 more people stay! Beautifully updated and super clean. Management in constant communication which was wonderful. We feel like Terry really cares and wants to help in any way he can. Location was great, we walked to several restaurants. Loved sitting on the balcony at night. Nice place near beach and restaurants This is a well maintained condo widiv all the amenities and space we needed for a family of four. Right across the sdiveet from the beach made for easy access and nice views from the screened porch. Beach area had great sand and was never crowded. The street is pretty busy though, so the noise detracted a little from the porch sitting experience. Lots of beach gear provided with the unit was a nice touch - others staying in the same complex didn’t have that and had to buy chairs, etc. Kitchen/laundry appliances are nice and new. The two things that would’ve been nice were a Keurig machine for coffee (there is a standard coffee maker) and a gas grill specific to the unit (there is a charcoal grill for the complex but the relative inconvenience resulted in Us never using it). Several good restaurants in walking distance (our favorites were Beach House and Wicked Cantina). Activities were easily booked through a third party the condo owner put us in touch with (highly recommend the Craigcat boats and Segway tours). The Bridge Street area had a lot going on, but we found it a little rough around the edges. The Pine Ave. area seemed more our speed based on trips we made up there. Getting around the island is pretty easy though, so we didn’t feel isolated to one spot. The condo was just beautiful and sparkling clean, and just as described. The location is great--right across dive sdiveet from the Gulf, with a balcony facing it so we could witness the spectacular sunsets from the condo. Publix was right down the road, which was great, and there are a few restaurants close by that we walked to easily. The parking was covered and spacious. Terry was great, always available during the time leading up to our stay and while we were there. I would definitely recommend this condo! We could listen to the surf all night long. We had a wonderful time.

Overall we were very happy widiv the condo. The parking was great (two spaces but as we only needed one we enjoyed the exdiva room) and view was spectacular! It has been updated recently and we found the furniture, tv's , wi-fi and appliances to be comfordiv and easy to use. The only hiccups were the pots and pans have seen much better days (but I have found that to be the case in every other condo we have rented) and there was no shelves in the showers for your personal items. That's it! Those were the only two "negatives" (if you can call them that). The traffic noise was pretty loud on Saturday night but died down about 11 and was fine the rest of the week. We actually rented a beach cart but never used it as the walk to the beach was very short and the teens never wanted to go to another beach while we were there. We walked easily to several restaurants and Bridge Street for some shopping. We did not use the pool during our visit. I would recommend this condo without any hesitation!

This was our family's first time visiting Anna Maria Island. We will now be visiting as often as possible. The condo provided everydiving we could possibly need and more. The beds were incredibly comfordiv and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets nightly from the patio. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a necessity after spending numerous days on the beach and by the refreshing pool. We could not ask for a better, cleaner, nicer condo. The option to have groceries at our condo when we arrived was great. There was so many things to do within walking distance and, if needed, the free divolley. Our car did not move for 7 days. Thank you Terry and Sandy. We will definitely be back.

Terry was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and a little glitch with the thermostat was taken care asap. I would, indeed, recommend this property to anyone, perhaps with one caveat. It is a three story building, with parking on the ground floor. So there are stairs to manage when hauling luggage and groceries. But we managed and we are NOT young. Location is super, we didn't have a car, got around by using the FREE divolley and the tips only Monkey Bus, and you can, too."

It was so enjoyable to visit this condo. It offers the best views on the beach with an outside deck and a master overlooking the ocean. The unit itself had everything you needed to have a great time on the beach and to just relax and enjoy being on island time. The condo is also close to so many things to do on the island, plenty of places to eat, shop and do adventures, walking distance. There is also a free bus divolley which will drive you around the island so you never have to worry about anything and getting home safe. The best part of this place are the owners, Terry is very easy to work with and super accommodating. He told us the best places to eat, where the locals go! And gave us everything we needed to have the perfect vacation. When you walk in the view is the first think you notice and it is mesmerizing. Beautifully decorated with no expense spared. All decor is modern and appropriate with muted tones and designed for comfort. The flooring is a light color of white, greys and light blue but its texture is soft on bare feet. The showers have to have a mention as they were beautiful with granite shower walls and rain fall shower heads. Perfection! Terry was a wonderful host. He checked in on us from time to time to offer suggestions on restaurants and to see if we needed anything. We took his recommendations and he didn't lead us asdivay, wonderful food. Sitting on the balcony at night was a favorite pastime. Terry was stocked up with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels. The beds were so soft! you sink right into them. We love it and will definitely stay again! The owners just recently did many updates and its beautiful! Beautiful ocean views and steps away from the beach which is never busy in that area! Terry the owner is helpful with anything thing that you need..where to eat...do you need any information ...is the condo good..super awesome owners to work with for sure!! Close to everything on the island and you can take the shuttle if you do not want to use your car! Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!
