We have had a fantastic few days in this lovely condo. Beautiful views from the balcony and stocked with everything you could need. We couldn't stay here on our first night because there was no power after hurricane Ian so we had to check in to a hotel in Orlando but the next day the owner contacted us and and we were so happy to be in Bradenton beach again

The property is in a great location, on the water overlooking the inter coastal, and a few minutes from the best part of the beach if you ask us. Nice and clean, everything you need. Only issue was not being able to get in the property until precisely 3pm, don’t expect to get there early hoping it’s ready, you can’t physically get in. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very nice condo in a good location. Enjoyed looking at the bay. The condo had updates. Only negative would be sand in pull out couch and floor but understandable with being at the beach. Also condensation dripping from vents on ceiling. Beds very comfortable and nicely updated. Worked very well for our family of 6. Would recommend. Terry very responsive to inquiries.

We really loved this property! This is in a perfect location. You have a beautiful view of the bay, we saw some dolphins while drinking morning coffee. You are only a block away from Bradenton Beach. Lots of restaurants near by. Property was great. Had a lot of essential things...we did have to run out and by paper plates, coffee filters but it was no problem. Decorated super cute. Some areas within the rental due need updated/upkeep....trim was very dirty/scratched, bathroom tile needs a good clean, but it was still a great place to stay. If we ever come back, we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Although it is not on the beach it is a very short walk to get to it. The condo was very well supplied. We enjoyed the pool daily and sitting on the balcony with a drink in the evening.

This was a great experience. More positives than I will be able to write. The location is as it looks, beautiful and very well stocked. The location is perfect with the beach across the street and the bay directly behind the unit. We saw dolphins and manatees right at the dock. The parking was very easy and close with reserved spots. The pool was warm and clean. We enjoyed having the pool at the bottom of the steps. The owner was very easy to work with and SUPER helpful. Finally the location made it easy to get to a number of places to eat, grab a drink, or walk. All in all this was one of the best rental experiences we have ever had.

This was our 4th time renting at the Beach Retreat/Bay Watch and we will be back. The rental was clean and updated, equipped with everything that we needed for our stay, and the view of the bay was spectacular. The large, uncrowded beach was just a short walk down a drive way and across the street. We love this location as we can walk or bike ride to numerous places including excellent restaurants, the Cortez bridge and Bridge Street. Wicked Cantina, Beach Café and Beach House are some of our favorites. Bike riding on AMI is excellent as there are bike paths just about everywhere you want to go. We were also a short bike ride or drive from Long Boat Key where we visited MarVista, Whitney, and Euphemia Haye – also great restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect. It’s tucked away in a quiet area. But, just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The balcony has a beautiful view of the bay. It was great to have beach chairs available for use. We would definitely stay here again.

We have had a fantastic few days in this lovely condo. Beautiful views from the balcony and stocked with everything you could need. We couldn't stay here on our first night because there was no power after hurricane Ian so we had to check in to a hotel in Orlando but the next day the owner contacted us and and we were so happy to be in Bradenton beach again

The property is in a great location, on the water overlooking the inter coastal, and a few minutes from the best part of the beach if you ask us. Nice and clean, everything you need. Only issue was not being able to get in the property until precisely 3pm, don’t expect to get there early hoping it’s ready, you can’t physically get in. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very nice condo in a good location. Enjoyed looking at the bay. The condo had updates. Only negative would be sand in pull out couch and floor but understandable with being at the beach. We really loved this property! This is in a perfect location. You have a beautiful view of the bay, we saw some dolphins while drinking morning coffee. You are only a block away from Bradenton Beach. Lots of restaurants near by. Property was great. Had a lot of essential things...we did have to run out and by paper plates, coffee filters but it was no problem. Decorated super cute. Some areas within the rental due need updated/upkeep....trim was very dirty/scratched, bathroom tile needs a good clean, but it was still a great place to stay. If we ever come back, we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Although it is not on the beach it is a very short walk to get to it. The condo was very well supplied. We enjoyed the pool daily and sitting on the balcony with a drink in the evening.

This was a great experience. More positives than I will be able to write. The location is as it looks, beautiful and very well stocked. The location is perfect with the beach across the street and the bay directly behind the unit. We saw dolphins and manatees right at the dock. The parking was very easy and close with reserved spots. The pool was warm and clean. We enjoyed having the pool at the bottom of the steps. The owner was very easy to work with and SUPER helpful. Finally the location made it easy to get to a number of places to eat, grab a drink, or walk. All in all this was one of the best rental experiences we have ever had.

It was a great location with a nice view off the balcony of the bay and it was only a few steps from the beach. The place was clean and had all the necessities needed (Beach chairs, cooking utensils, towels, etc). I look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Beach is right across the street and you have the water view of the bay and bridge from your balcony. Very quiet. Nice to have 2 parking spots since most everything is walking distance. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit.

We had a great time staying here, it has everything you need for a great family vacation. The condo is large, very clean and plenty of room for everybody with a great balcony to sit and relax. It has a very nice pool and the beach is right across the street, so that was great. We had great communication from Terry leading up to the trip and we would really love to stay here again sometime. This condo exceeded our expectations . The rooms were very clean , spacious and neat . Beautiful view from our balcony across the Sarasota Bay, just three quick minutes walk to the beach . We had everything needed for our amazing vacation. There are beach chairs, toys , extra pillows and blankets in the closet. We highly recommend the condo and will gladly return.

Unit has been updated, several other guests we met at the pool said the same of their unit. Easy check in process. The place is not on a "road" so a little hard to find. Google or Waze "Tortuga Inn" and turn down a paver road next to it...building is at the end. Nice clean pool in the center of the building. Units that face the bay have a nice view. Literally walk across the street and you have beach access. Close to nice restaurants. There's a bridge 100 yards south, you take across the bay for rentals of jet skis and boats at Cortez Water Sports... Restaurants we really liked, the Blue Marlin, featured live jazz, which I haven't seen in a year and a half... Beach House, within walking distance...nice place too, right on the beach, very popular. Wicked Cantina...great little place too for tacos, 100 yd walk maybe.... The Cheesecake Cutie is a drive, but has great sandwiches and fantastic individual cheesecakes...a must try. Our first trip to the island, for a wedding. If we returned, we'd definitely book again...book direct too. No real check in or check out...your given a door code by the owner, and you just show up when you show up and leave by 10am on the day of your departure.

What a stunning view of Tampa Bay from our condos balcony off the main room and the master bedroom. We absolutely loved sitting out there with our coffee and reading in the morning. Life is good. God is good. ??? Looking for shells and walking the sugary beach was a highlight. The beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico was just a short 3 minute walk across the street. We also enjoyed being able to walk a few short blocks to shops and restaurants. The condo was a great set up for our family of five with the master, the second bedroom for our girls and the pull out bed for our son. The pool was clean, had full sun with areas of shade for lounging, and was not crowded. We appreciated the the two covered parking spots as other resorts in the area had to park in full sun. There are beaches all along Anna Maria Island to stroll and enjoy! Our condo had a list of visitor recommendations and reviews of restaurants in the area which was very helpful. :) We loved this area and would stay again at Baywatch. It’s tucked behind three other resorts so we quickly learned that we needed to turn right by the Tortuga turtle sign.

Our stay at Bay Watch Condos was great! It was a very clean, bright, and beachy place to stay. We were able to see some manatees and dolphins from the dock, and it’s only a short walk to get to the beach side of the island.

Hi Terry, We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It worked out well for our family of 5. Our son slept on the pull out bed and our daughters shared the bedroom. We liked the open concept, having two full bathrooms, and the balcony over looking the beautiful bay. The beds were very comfortable! We loved relaxing on the balcony and the dock looking out over the bay having our morning coffee and watching the boats. We appreciated the beach towel, beach bags, Noodles, and chairs you provided for our stay. We loved that it was just a short walk across the street to the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! We enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance near the condo and the fantastic shopping ? on Bridge Street. The pool was clean, located in the sun but with some shade and wasn’t crowded. Four of us stayed at this condo. It was beautiful, comfortable and right on the water. Very convenient to many bars, restaurants and stores. Communication was quick and easy. Nice pool and just a quick walk across the street to the gulf. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others! Sitting on the balcony on the water was great first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Loved it!!!!

Our family enjoyed the rental for a Spring Break get-away. We enjoyed the property and the area a lot! The rental had a view which the adults enjoyed for our morning coffees and evening beverages. And, we all enjoyed seeing the wildlife which included birds, dolphins, jumping fish and even a manatee siting! The beach was only a short walk for some of the best sunsets. And, the heated pool allowed for a quick dip. The rental had everything you could have needed including options for the beach, such as chairs, an umbrella and buckets and shovels. We added some fishing poles to the closets of treasures. Terry responded to every question I had and provided amble information of things to do in the area including a point of contacts for kayak rentals, etc. The property was clean with a nice décor and very comfortable for our family. In summary we would most definitely rent here again!

We could've happily and comfortably lived in this condo for a lot longer than 1 week! Everything looked new, updated and very clean. The décor and the hardwood floors were very nice and very appropriate for a beach condo. Having 2 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer was very convenient. The wifi worked perfectly and the curved screen HDTV was really nice. The location was great. Having the bay right below our balcony was very nice, especially in the morning. It took just a few minutes to walk across the street to the beach (carrying chairs, towels and an umbrella that were all provided). The pool was warm and clean with a decent number of lounge chairs. The closest restaurants were about a 5 min walk away while the Bridge St restaurants and shops were about a 15 min walk. The covered parking spots were great, and we easily drove around the island and across the bridge into Bradenton. We only had 1 minor drain clog issue upon arrival. We contacted Terry and he immediately responded. The friendly handyman was there the next morning for a quick fix. Checkout was simple: just had to empty the refrigerator and take out the trash. This rental is beautiful and well stocked. The view off the back deck is amazing and we loved sitting out there with a glass of wine watching the amazing boats in the bay! You simply cross the street and you are on the white sand beaches of Anna Maria island! This is an absolute ideal location! This condo has everything you need for cooking, going to the beach and your stay. Make sure you bring spices or buy spices - that is the one thing we forgot! Amazing week! The pool is heated and wonderful to swim in!

What a great place to spend you time on Anna Maria Island! Waking up to the amazing sunrises that you see from your king size bed, Coffee on the deck, reading by the pool and then a short walk to have cocktails and dinner while watching the sunset, sleep and then repeat. You can get real spoiled and never want to leave. They have everything thing you need and a great kitchen, bring your own condiments and enjoy.

We just returned from our 1st visit to AMI. I am so glad I found this condo. Condo newly updated and super clean. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every am gorgeous sunrises and 2 minute walk to beach and amazing sunsets daily. The heated pool was just right and was also sparkling clean.
