The Beach Bay Breeze is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo sleeping 6, directly over looking Florida's Intra-Coastal Water offering two balconies north and south. The south balcony is accessed by sliding glass doors off both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom with King sized bed has a balcony also provide beautiful views of the Intra-Coastal Waterway The north balcony provides spectacular views of Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway as well as the world famous Sunshine Bridge over Tampa Bay and is the perfect place to relax and watch the para-sailor's pass by.
The Anna Maria Island Beach Bay Breeze condo provides you with private beach access to the beach, two private sheltered parking, plus tropical landscaped gardens.
The master bedroom has an en-suite washroom and walk-in closets. The unit is totally air conditioned with phone, free international and domestic long distance calling, WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, cable TV, flat screen television, HI DEFINITION television with over 170 channels and REMOTE KEYLESS LOCKS.

Excellent place to stay!
Great location. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Nice condo with comfy beds, beach stuff, patio overlooking the bay, and other amenities to meet your needs. We will definitely be staying there again.

I just wish there wasn’t a red tide going on. I’m very sensitive with my asthma. Location is great. Pool was in good shape. We have stayed in building A before but this building was better. We will be returning to Gulf Watch.Posted: 9/14/2021

Great Week at Beach Bay Breeze!
Great stay at this condo! Had everything we needed and close to Beach and Bay! Got to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Condo was VERY clean! Don't be fooled because it is a little out dated. it had everything we needed for the week. Terry is wonderful to work with!
