Location Description: Anna Maria Island is located on Florida's Gulf coast 35 miles south of Tampa Bay and 7 miles west of Bradenton Florida. Anna Maria Island Florida is the northern most of a string of barrier islands that stretch in a southerly direction toward the Florida Keys. Surprisingly Anna Maria Island comprises three very unique cities (villages), Bradenton Beach on the southern tip of the island Holmes Beach in the middle and Anna Maria on the northern tip. The property was as advertised. The location was very convenient to the beach, shopping, and everything else we were looking for. The restaurants within walking distance were all excellent. The walk to the beach was short and quick. My wife and I spent equal time at the heated pool as well. If I want to nit pick, the 2 things i would say are that the poolside chairs were a bit dingy and worn and the master bedroom mattress was softer than we prefer. But again, this is not enough from stopping us from rebooking the same place for next year. Communicating with the property owners was a breeze and timely.

Property is near the bridge, however, it is very quiet inside and out. The unit had everything we needed for a great stay - beach chairs, washer/dryer, pool, plenty of towels for bath and beach, centrally located/close to restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores and beach was across the street. Beach was quiet and we enjoyed walking or building sandcastles. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Terry’s and Sandy condo. This is a great location, close to everything. The condo is very clean and spacious, very well equipped. You feel like you’re at home. It is very close to the beach just across the street, not even 5 minutes walk. There is plenty of restaurants, places to walk and explore. We had a beautiful weather. This property was located in a great area. There were many restaurants, shops, and beach within walking distance. The kitchen was small but other areas were a good size. There were beach chairs, toys, and plenty of towels. The condo was dated but everything was in good working order. We didn't have any issues. Owner sent a lot of information about the area and condo that was appreciated.

Great set-up for 2 couples or small family and found it to be exactly as the listing indicated. The location was perfect with easy walk to beach and restaurants. We used the trolley a couple of times to explore further away and were happy to not have a car all week. Terry was very responsive and even quickly delivered a couple of new beach chairs when we noticed that one was missing. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Very quiet neighborhood. The place was very neat and clean and we had the pool all to ourselves every day. Probably b/c of the time-frame we were there. [Week before Memorial Day]. It was super convenient to the beach and within walking distance of some great dinner places and an ice cream shop. Loved Anna Marie Island!!! Walmart is 10 mins away in Bradenton if you need anything. Only negative: Some of the furniture is old/dated but worked for us. Thanks so much for being a good and responsive host. Would definitely recommend it and try to visit again.

Property is near the bridge, however, it is very quiet inside and out. The unit had everything we needed for a great stay - beach chairs, washer/dryer, pool, plenty of towels for bath and beach, centrally located/close to restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores and beach was across the street. Beach was quiet and we enjoyed walking or building sandcastles. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Terry’s and Sandy condo. This is a great location, close to everything. The condo is very clean and spacious, very well equipped. You feel like you’re at home. It is very close to the beach just across the street, not even 5 minutes walk. There is plenty of restaurants, places to walk and explore. We had a beautiful weather. We will definitely come again in the future.

This property was located in a great area. There were many restaurants, shops, and beach within walking distance. The kitchen was small but other areas were a good size. There were beach chairs, toys, and plenty of towels. The condo was dated but everything was in good working order. We didn't have any issues. Owner sent a lot of information about the area and condo that was appreciated.

Great set-up for 2 couples or small family and found it to be exactly as the listing indicated. The location was perfect with easy walk to beach and restaurants. We used the trolley a couple of times to explore further away and were happy to not have a car all week. Terry was very responsive and even quickly delivered a couple of new beach chairs when we noticed that one was missing. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Very quiet neighborhood. The place was very neat and clean and we had the pool all to ourselves every day. Probably b/c of the time-frame we were there. [Week before Memorial Day]. It was super convenient to the beach and within walking distance of some great dinner places and an ice cream shop. Loved Anna Marie Island!!! Walmart is 10 mins away in Bradenton if you need anything. Only negative: Some of the furniture is old/dated but worked for us. Thanks so much for being a good and responsive host. Would definitely recommend it and try to visit again.

The property was even nicer than the photos! Was a short walk to the beach, plus was very conveniently located to most restaurants.Posted: 8/7/2021
We've been traveling down to AMI and the Bradenton area for years to visit a relative, however this was the very first time that we rented on the island. We have walked past this condo 100's of times, so we are very familiar with the area. The condo itself is perfectly represented in the description and photo's.
