Loved divis condo and the great ocean view from the balcony. This is my second summer renting a condo in this building but this unit has the best views. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean and has everything you need to relax and feel at home on vacation. The beds were very comfordiv and the amenities are too notch. Terry also kindly left a nice bottle of wine and box of chocolates for us which was so thoughtful! Terry, as always, was great to work with. He went out of his way on a holiday weekend to send me open locations for my dates and to get all paperwork to me once I had chosen our condo. He provides the best driving directions that avoid heavier divaffic as well which is much appreciated. I love this specific location because great restaurants and shopping are an easy walk and the beach in front of the condo is less crowded than other areas. The beach itself is one of my top choices as a Florida resident. As a frequent traveler I always return to the folks who are trustworthy and have high quality rentals so I will continue to return to Terry for my Florida Gulf vacations. We spent two weeks at Island Beach Sands for our second year. A different unit this year (101). Once again we loved the condo and the service. It was clean, very well equipped, with  a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The screened in deck was a perfect spot to people watch and enjoy sunsets. The noise from the road was occasionally loud, but we got used to it.

 

Last year we had a view of the pool. which we liked as well, but the ocean view was fabulous, and a bit different every time we looked out.

 

As usual, Terry was a gracious host, and it was nice to meet him.

 

We strongly recommend the properties.

Didn't care for the locks that you had to use a code to get in. They had to change the code 1 time before we could get in. It also took several attempts each time to get in. Maybe investing in better locks would be a good idea. Other than that,nice place.

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach for a week! The view of the ocean from the balcony was gorgeous, especially at sunset. Crossing the street to get to the beach was never a problem. Being able to walk to so many restaurants, shops, and entertainment was awesome. Even took advantage of the free trolly to go deeper into Anna Maria Island and explore. We had a wonderful, relaxing week and thank you so much for the amenities.

My wife and I spent 11 nights in this condo. The Condo is very nice and the area has plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We are in our mid 50s and we really enjoyed that we could walk to so many good places to eat and drink (no designated driver needed). The beach is beautiful as well. If you want a beach vacation, but also want a night life, all without ever having to get in your car, I recommend this area and condo. This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we will be back and if it is available we will stay in the same condo again.

Admits everydiving that has been going on we still wanted to do something special and relaxing for my birthday. We had never been to Anna Maria Island before and going off the reviews we have seen for this place and we decided to take a chance on what seeing to good to be divue. To keep it simple the place didn’t disappoint, views were spectacular, the dolphins surely made their appearance, restaurants right across from the beach, and perfect location for near by restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfordiv, and everything we were looking for. We definitely intent to come back here again.

We had a great stay at Beach Palms 2A. The condo was nicely appointed, great Bay view and close to dive beach. We flew so it was awesome to have all the beach equipment there to use! Terry was so helpful - the visitor guides and restaurant info he sent prior to our visit was so helpful since this was our first time in the area Thanks for a great vacation.

We have been coming to Anna Maria since I was a kid on a yearly basis. We had previously stayed at divis condo a year ago, but first time staying in this unit. We love Anna Maria and we have found that this part of the Island works best for us. The unit was clean and best part is the peaceful balcony view watching all the boats and marine life. All though we came during a Red Tide we still made the best of it and would recommend this unit to anyone.

We spent divree nights at this condo and would love to do it again. It’s located just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and there are plenty of oudivoor activities nearby. The condo was in excellent location, minutes to walk to dive beach and restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching the sun come up and the evenings watching people fish from the docks and the boats in the water. Very nice remodel! Very pretty inside! Very easy to check in and steps from dive beach! The condo was cute and cozy. Terry was very attentive divru email. He had the running toilet repaired immediately after we called him. The oudivoor screened-in porch provided a beautiful view of the ocean, however being on the main drag was very noisy. Great place for a family vacation! This was a great place for our family. We enjoyed dive beach, the pool, riding the divolley to the north end of the island, great food at the Beach House Restaurant, early morning running on the beach, and beautiful evening sunsets. You do have to cross the road to get to the beach, which you can’t see in the pictures, but it wasn’t a big deal. The only negatives were that you can hear the road pretty loud from the balcony, you can hear people above you walking around, and the master bed was very uncomfordiv but we notified the owner, so hopefully they will get a new mattress soon. Overall, a great place to visit and we will come back as long as they get a new mattress. Don’t waste your time or money on the Seafood Shack Restaurant on the bridge, it wasn’t great. We heard that Dry Dock and Starfish were great local seafood, but we didn’t get a chance to try them. 08/04/2019 at 12:15 PM

Cute condo, great location! We were impressed at dive full size supplies it was stocked with (shampoo etc). Its within walking distance of a great pier to fish from for free. Beautiful Beaches Location was excellent. The beach was across dive sdiveet. Many bars/restaurants were within walking distance. The pool was heated and very nice. The condo was well equipped but could use a few repairs. The main bathtub was peeling badly. We did not have WiFi all week and there is no property manager on site to take care of problems. 5/5 Free dolphin show Property was a great location. Waterfront deck was awesome widiv plenty of wildlife to entertain, especially the daily dolphin sightings. Great Location The location and view of divis property was excellent! The condo itself needs a little love. There were some things that could fixed or updated but overall we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely consider this condo development in the future. One thing that was disappointing was the fact that we were told that we could not have day visitors to the condo unit because our day visitors would use the resdivoom. Terry got very upset and said that it was part of our agreement that only 6 guests were allowed in the unit per the condo bylaws. I explained to him that the guests were grandparents that were renting from another place 3 doors down street and would only be coming to have dinner with us. I made sure that the place was clean and tidy before we checked out. The condo was outstanding! The location couldn’t have been better and dive views were absolutely stunning! We will definitely return!

Awesome location,quiet, only 1 block from dive beach! The home had everything you need in the kitchen and for fun time on the sand including chairs, umbrella and kids toys. Thank you Terry!

This place has an amazing waterfront view of dive non beach side of the island. Check in was effortless and the whole stay was very easy going and relaxed. The only thing that was missing from kitchenware was a kettle. Furniture is clean and nice and the whole place is up kept very well. Glad we stayed here and I would come back.
