Anna Maria Island Beach Breeze-Free-Wi-Located 20 Yards From The Beach
We loved the location of this condo. It is right across the street from the beach. The beach offers lots of variety. You can walk a great distance each way. One direction brings you to the park. You may choose to walk back in the shade of the many big trees on the park trail. The other direction brings you to the busy street full of shops and restaurants. We rented bikes for a week from Beach Bums. They delivered the bikes and were wonderful to work with. With explored all over the island by bike. The condo was very comfortable for us. We liked the layout. The kitchen was very useable and had some empty spaces for us to store our stuff. Terry was very helpful and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return.

The condo was very clean. We absolutely loved the location. Bus stop was right there. Ocean across the street. Had everything we needed, including plenty of towels. The only downer was the low water pressure in the shower. We will definitely stay here again. Loved our stay!

Beach Palms 7A-Beach 1 Minute Walk-Heated Pool-Free Wi-Fi-Dock-Surrounded By Wat
My family had a great time, loved the location and being able to see the sunrise on the bay and set on the beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants. The road is very busy and dark at night. Not the locations fault but be aware to bring something reflective if you want to walk with children. Would have been 5 stars but the beach equipment needs an update, mostly rusty and the umbrella has rips in it from age. Also there were these little aunts in the kitchen but this might be a Florida problem. We called the owner because it wasn't clear where our spots were not being familiar with the property. He was very responsive. Not the owners fault but we cane to find there was a construction lift blocking our parking spots (there are two) and there are no available guest spots (it was blicking those too). The owner told us to park in the no parking spot. We had to struggle to park and fit in and luckily we didnt damage the rental. We stayed there Friday through Tuesday and on Monday they finally moved it. Other than that, we loved the pool and having the washer dryer right in the room. Brand new updated kitchen and floors. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Lots of windows, plenty of room to sit to eat. Beach towels provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beaches and great location. On a busy street but right across from the beach and ocean. About 0.5 miles from main strip which we walked to each night for dinner. Nicely decorated condo but the dishwasher did not work so we had to hand wash and dry all dishes. Overall great property and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice well equipped rental (all linens, beach towels, cookware, cooking utensils) Great beach wagon included with umbrellas, chairs, some sand toys) You are across a street from the beach This means you have cross a very busy road to get to the beach..,but this seems to be the set up for most of the island First day we walked 5-10 minutes to the nearest crosswalk to get to the beach Then we saw how other do it—just wave at the oncoming traffic—-95% of the time they stop and let you cross So it us literally across from the beach Very nice Checkout reminders are a bit of a nuisance I was informed of the checkout duties (empty the trash cans, put dishes in dishwasher…) -when i first rented -in an email reminder -in a book in the rental -in an email the day before departure -at 4AM on day of departure by text ! (this last one is inappropriate ) Only about a 10 min walk from Bridge Street (plenty of nice restaurants, shops, deserts, mini golf) One day rented bikes from the recommended Sunny Rentals We explored AMI and crossed to Longboat Key Very nice All in all—nice location, nice rental

We liked the layout. The kitchen was very useable and had some empty spaces for us to store our stuff. Terry was very helpful and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return.

We loved it. Was alittle surprised it was on 2 lane busy road BUT…. Drivers super nice letting us cross and we could not hear traffic in unit. We enjoyed.

The condo was very clean. We absolutely loved the location. Bus stop was right there. Ocean across the street. Had everything we needed, including plenty of towels. The only downer was the low water pressure in the shower. We will definitely stay here again. Loved our stay!

Beach Palms 7A-Beach 1 Minute Walk-Heated Pool-Free Wi-Fi-Dock-Surrounded By Wat
My family had a great time, loved the location and being able to see the sunrise on the bay and set on the beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants. The road is very busy and dark at night. Not the locations fault but be aware to bring something reflective if you want to walk with children. Would have been 5 stars but the beach equipment needs an update, mostly rusty and the umbrella has rips in it from age. Also there were these little aunts in the kitchen but this might be a Florida problem. We called the owner because it wasn't clear where our spots were not being familiar with the property. He was very responsive. Not the owners fault but we cane to find there was a construction lift blocking our parking spots (there are two) and there are no available guest spots (it was blicking those too). The owner told us to park in the no parking spot. We had to struggle to park and fit in and luckily we didnt damage the rental. We stayed there Friday through Tuesday and on Monday they finally moved it. Other than that, we loved the pool and having the washer dryer right in the room. Brand new updated kitchen and floors. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Lots of windows, plenty of room to sit to eat. Beach towels provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beaches and great location. On a busy street but right across from the beach and ocean. About 0.5 miles from main strip which we walked to each night for dinner. Nicely decorated condo but the dishwasher did not work so we had to hand wash and dry all dishes. Overall great property and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice well equipped rental (all linens, beach towels, cookware, cooking utensils) Great beach wagon included with umbrellas, chairs, some sand toys) You are across a street from the beach This means you have cross a very busy road to get to the beach..,but this seems to be the set up for most of the island First day we walked 5-10 minutes to the nearest crosswalk to get to the beach Then we saw how other do it—just wave at the oncoming traffic—-95% of the time they stop and let you cross So it us literally across from the beach Very nice Checkout reminders are a bit of a nuisance I was informed of the checkout duties (empty the trash cans, put dishes in dishwasher…) -when i first rented -in an email reminder -in a book in the rental -in an email the day before departure -at 4AM on day of departure by text ! (this last one is inappropriate ) Only about a 10 min walk from Bridge Street (plenty of nice restaurants, shops, deserts, mini golf) One day rented bikes from the recommended Sunny Rentals We explored AMI and crossed to Longboat Key Very nice All in all—nice location, nice rental

From booking, to arriving, to departing…all seamless. A brief walk and cross a (rather busy) street, and there you are on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beach. Simply gorgeous. Relaxing around the pool after a day at the beach and then heading up to our well-equipped condo sitting on the deck overlooking the pool - not a bad way to start my retirement life!

We had a great stay at this terrific 2 bedroom unit...right across the street from the beach. Very updated and clean. Great dine-in kitchen and open floor plan. Hope to return next year!

This property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the pool. The walk to the beach was easy and there was a wagon and chairs we could take to the beach which made it even easier. Terry was very informative and helpful with this rental. This was our first visit to AMI. This was the perfect, family friendly rental. Explicit information was given for the condo. Great location. Very close walk to the beach and all things touristy.
