Fantastic location. House is perfect. Very short walk to beach. Sunrise in the morning from private dock. Everything you need is there except spices. I am used to that now and have a travel spice cabinet. Eat at wicked cantina. Smoqhouse has great sandwiches and also very close to walk to. Just don’t buy their sides. Fresh fish market on Cortez has wonderful fish. I will rent this place again. The pool temp is perfect. Wish I had planned a longer trip. If this place is available, grab it.

We stay for a week at this property and loved it. It’s location was perfect for what we wanted and it was very clean and well kept. The thing I liked the most was anything you wanted or needed like groceries, pharmacy, beach and general shopping was right at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this property. We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Palms. The booking/checking in/checking out process was very easy. The building is older with older bathrooms yet very clean. The kitchen was super nice, newly updated. Neighborhood was ok, lots of construction going on but that's probably the case at a lot of places in the area. The pool was heated and quiet. My kids really enjoyed the pool after being on the beach. The best part was being so close to the beach (easy walk, literally 1 or 2 minutes) and many restaurants. Would recommend this condo if this is what fits your budget.

We loved all they had to offer us. Cooler, chairs, beach towels, tents and toys a plus. The pool is a very quiet pool most of the day and was mostly adults. It is a no smoking property so u set stand you will need to walk down the road if you are a smoker. Condo is cute and homey. Met very nice locals. Thanks for sharing your space with us

Our family was looking for a place to stay on Florida's gulf coast. We found this place and we couldn't have been happier with the space and location. The interior is updated and clean and a nice space for our family of 4. The location was wonderful, just a quick walk across the street to the beach and great location to Bridge street shopping and dining.

We stay for a week at this property and loved it. It’s location was perfect for what we wanted and it was very clean and well kept. The thing I liked the most was anything you wanted or needed like groceries, pharmacy, beach and general shopping was right at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this property. I can promise that I will be booking with them again in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Palms. The booking/checking in/checking out process was very easy. The building is older with older bathrooms yet very clean. The kitchen was super nice, newly updated. Neighborhood was ok, lots of construction going on but that's probably the case at a lot of places in the area. The pool was heated and quiet. My kids really enjoyed the pool after being on the beach. The best part was being so close to the beach (easy walk, literally 1 or 2 minutes) and many restaurants. Would recommend this condo if this is what fits your budget.

We loved all they had to offer us. Cooler, chairs, beach towels, tents and toys a plus. The pool is a very quiet pool most of the day and was mostly adults. It is a no smoking property so u set stand you will need to walk down the road if you are a smoker. Condo is cute and homey. Met very nice locals. Thanks for sharing your space with us

Perfectly located. Great kitchen space to work in, and happy to have the ice maker in the refrigerator. The grocery store was so close as was a CVS and Walgreen's. We spent every day on the beach and all night walking to the different close by areas. Private beach access was perfection and the wagon made it possible to cart the chairs and our football to the beach without carrying! Clean as described and the keyless entry is perfection. Terry was fast to deliver us beach chairs upon learning we had 2 that were in the unit and not functional. (an email in the morning and that same morning after biking I came back to 2 chairs at the door, thank you!) In addition, he personally dropped off a corkscrew. We loved our access to and from the beach and met a lot of the neighbors on the street. So close to the Cortez drawbridge and Bridge Street and a bunch of other restaurants, and the Wicked Cantina is perfect for Margaritas and meals! 2 parking spaces covered are great and close to the steps of this unit. Plenty of towels and a great Master bedroom closet too! My only request in the unit would be overhead lighting in the master bedroom, but that is hardly a big deal, it is just something I like to have when I am looking through luggage or drawers for anything. There were 2 side table lamps. We will be booking with Terry again next year for either this property or one of his others. Terry goes that extra mile and we appreciated it.

Perfect spot for us! In the heart of Anna Maria island we were able to walk to a gem of a nugget in the fishing village on the wharf and have some of the best seafood. their place was right across the stress from the beach which was wonderful. Enjoyed very piece of our stay! And..best of all slept like a baby in their king size bed with super soft comforter!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your special spot!

This was our first trip to the island and by far the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. I have used VRBO in the past, but this was the "smoothest" it has ever been from checking in to checking out. And if I ever get the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely reach out to Terry for a reservation

Great stay! This property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the pool. The walk to the beach was easy and there was a wagon and chairs we could take to the beach which made it even easier. Terry was very informative and helpful with this rental.
