A Reflective Place for Contemplation

I booked this property on a whim to extend a writing retreat into a working holiday. I am so glad I did! I got to catch up on grading sitting on a porch overlooking one of the most beautiful views Iâve ever seen! The property itself is so quiet and peaceful you feel as if you are in another world. Rain or shine, I walked and ran the trail below the pool every day. The waterfall is gorgeous, but even more so the overlooks on the planned development. You are also centrally located for Panther Valley, Gorges, and other nearby hiking. I partook as much as the rain and my work schedule allowed. The property itself is well-equipped with everything I needed. I cooked all my meals so having tools in the kitchen was lovely. The bed could be more comfortable and the WiFi was a bit spotty here and there, but these small things do not distract from the overall comfort of reading beside the fire or eating breakfast above the orange and purple mountains with sparkling green-blue lakes.
