This charming cottage located in Bradenton Beach is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches. Featuring its own private backyard you can sit back and unwind on one of the loungers as you enjoy a home-cooked meal from the propane grill. The ground level home is nicely decorated and exudes a sunny, quaint “Old Florida” atmosphere. The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen and full sized washer/dryer. There are two queen bedrooms with televisions and 2 full baths, 1 with shower/tub combo and 1 with a walk-in shower.
A day bed which sleeps 2 is nestled in a cozy window area of the living room. The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining the family or just relaxing away the day. This cottage provides the perfect ‘haven’ for up to 6 guests.
Location is everything, minutes to the beach or bay you never have to miss a single breathtaking sunrise or sunset. Situated close to multiple restaurants, shops, ice-cream parlor, as well as North and Southbound Trolley stops nothing is more than a few minute's away and yet the small tucked away street makes you feel like you are miles from anywhere.
*With our continued desire to provide a superior guest experience we offer all our guests a professional linen service which includes freshly laundered sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, wash cloths, dish cloths and bath mats.*

Location is superb. Trolley stops right across the street. A little bit of road noise and the air conditioning unit was loud at night but otherwise slept well in comfortable bed. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Excellent sun set views. Good beach bars within walking distance. Will likely stay again.

Great Getaway
Anna Maria Island Beach Happy-Direct Beach Front-1BR-1BR House
This property has an excellent location and if it's just you and your significant other it's absolutely perfect! Not very big or fancy but you can't beat the price and convenience. Would happily stay here again and when I return I'll definitely be checking with Terry about rentals. We had one minor issue on check in and he sent someone to resolve it immediately.

Source Expedia Group: Love this property. Hands down the BEST vacation ever! We had limitations on what we could bring because of flying in. No worries because everything we needed was already there waiting on us. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, casting net, everything you need to cook with, plenty of dishes & utensils and that’s just to name a few. Already planning our next visit.
