The first floor (ground level) of the home features a spacious game room with a billiards table, stylish poker/multi-game card table. This game room has a dining table with upholstered seating for eight, as well as a living room set-up with oversize, plush sectional sofa, coffee table and armchair all nicely arranged around a wall-mounted SmartTV.  This game room has tile floors and large sliding glass doors that open out to the pool patio-covered poolside alfresco dining table and outdoor kitchen. This game room with direct pool access makes a wonderful addition to the living and entertaining spaces of this estate!

Kitchen/Dining: 

The open-design kitchen is a chef's dream with luxury appliances including a Thermador Induction gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and Insignia fridge/freezer. Enjoy beautiful granite countertops and island with counter seating for four or more, fine French white custom cabinetry with soft close drawers, and a closet pantry. Prepare buffet breakfasts or family dinners in this bright, airy, elegant kitchen. Plenty of additional storage in the laundry room off of the kitchen. The laundry room also has granite countertops and a sink.

The dining room features a gorgeous large, oval hardwood dining table with upholstered seating for six or more, below a rustic wrought iron, candelabra style chandelier. The dining room offers a bar area with a built-in wine cooler. The real charm of this dining room is the extraordinary views. The kitchen & dining room are located on the second (main) floor overlooking the backyard and water. Imagine holiday feasts here in the tropical treetops, with vistas of jacaranda blossoms above the sparkling swimming pool, canals, and sapphire gulf of Mexico! Watch silvery dolphins and sailboats right from your dining table.

Bedrooms & Baths (Main House)

The second (main) floor offers a Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and sliding glass doors that access the back veranda. This queen bedroom has soothing coastal hues, a SmartTV, and ceiling fans. The ensuite-bath has a beautiful granite single-sink vanity, and a custom tiled walk-in shower with glass door and rain showerhead.

Take the elevator up to the third level to the Primary King Suite and adjacent Primary Queen Suite. There’s an open den/sitting area between these two bedrooms. These two primary bedrooms share access to an enormous master bathroom with dual granite vanities, dual walk-in closets, dual toilet closets, superb/spa-like walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and custom tile work. 

There’s a covered balcony off the King Master Suite, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea, with the most tranquil views of the water and songs of the island birds and wildlife. 

Carriage House:

The fourth bedroom of this estate is located in the Carriage House. Guests will enjoy privacy in the Carriage House offering a cozy living area with a kitchenette, a Queen bedroom with a full en suite bathroom.

Outdoor Amenities:

Outdoor amenities are a highlight of this estate. Travertine flooring and epay stairs/deck surround the heated pool/spa. Dual heat pumps for cool weather swimming as well as a manual pool cover keep your pool and spa nice and warm. The spa is also heated with propane. Rinse off after a fun day at the beach in your outdoor shower with hot/cold water and store all of those beach toys in your large storage closets in the pool room. There’s plenty of room to hang up your kayaks and paddle boards off of the pool area.

There’s poolside covered alfresco dining, as well as a full outdoor kitchen. Fix fresh fruit salad for a poolside lunch, or maybe some fish tacos. At dusk, grill swordfish, steaks,  burgers or portobellos for dinner on the poolside BBQ!   Add tropical flavor with some grilled pineapple, a dash of mango or citrus, or some homemade guacamole. Serve up a gourmet meal alfresco on the patio, beneath the palms.

The Island in the Sun is Florida’s best-kept secret. With Gulf temperatures averaging 84 degrees and 360 days of sunshine per year the surrounding waters of AMI are known as “the nursery” because of the large number of dolphins that raise their young here. 

With the island’s laid-back charm and leisurely unhurried living, speed limits are restricted to 25 mph - 35 mph throughout most of the island. This tropical paradise also offers free trolley service for both tourists and residents.

The beaches of Anna Maria flaunt the prettiest seashells in Florida. Anna Maria is also a top US location for rare seashells. Once you arrive at this waterfront island estate, you’ll agree, the home itself is a rare treasure! 

Be sure to visit Anna Maria City Pier! Built in the early 1900s, this 700-foot-long pier provides a great vantage point for watching sunrises and sunsets, bird watching, and dolphin watching, and provides views of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. You can also fish off this pier. Bring your boat, bring your fishing gear to cast a line off the pier, or rent a boat to get out on deep water and fish. 

Bridge Street Pier, located on the southern end of the island in Bradenton Beach, honors the past while still embracing the future with its ‘Old Florida’ charm mixed with new restaurants, shops, galleries and more.

Enjoy the architecture and charm of Historic Green Village. Most of the restored buildings now run on solar panels and other modern energy-saving methods. 

The island, surrounded by water and interlaced with canals, is host to many amazing sea creatures - among them are Loggerhead Turtles, Manatees, and dolphins. Loggerhead turtles are a protected species and we have the Turtle Watch - a group of wonderful folks who search the beaches for nests and protect those nests until the eggs hatch (it is illegal for anyone to tamper with the nests). Manatees are also protected here in Florida - they are commonly seen in the summer when they leave their winter warm waters and migrate south.
