This luxury condominium has four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, and sleeps 8 guests. The spacious bedrooms all have walk-in closets, silent ceiling fans, SmartTVs/HDTVs, and are painted in soothing, fresh tropical-style coastal colors.
Beds have luxury mattresses and sumptuous linens. There are bath towel sets, hairdryers, and toiletries in each bathroom. There are blackout shades on all bedroom windows and patio doors to make it easier for children and adults to fall asleep or sleep in and wake refreshed.
On the second (main) floor, just off the kitchen, bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, and bedroom #2 has two twin beds. These main floor bedrooms share access to a hallway full bathroom with single-sink granite vanity, and tub/shower combo. (The other two bedrooms are located upstairs on the third floor.) Also on the second (main) floor is a laundry room with a state-of-the-art washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, utility sink, and granite counters.

The island, surrounded by water and interlaced with canals, is host to many amazing sea creatures - among them are Loggerhead Turtles, Manatees, and dolphins. Loggerhead turtles are a protected species and we have the Turtle Watch - a group of wonderful folks who search the beaches for nests and protect those nests until the eggs hatch (it is illegal for anyone to tamper with the nests). Manatees are also protected here in Florida - they are commonly seen in the summer when they leave their winter warm waters and migrate south.

We had a wonderful time. The house is just across the street from the beautiful beach. Also, convenient to shops and eating areas. I was surprised just how busy the area was being that we have stayed in the north tip of Anna Maria and there was minimal traffic and few eateries. But there was no noise and the neighbors were the sweetest. The house was very comfortable and decorated nicely. The kitchen was equipped well. I do think a good hardwood floor cleaning, couch/pillow cleaning, repainting of doors and walls would be nice for the price. I thought April would be th e start of the busy season and some of that would have been done. It looks like a couple of seasons have gone by with the doors looking worn. But that’s just me and how I handle my own VRBO. I may be wrong. Also the list side showed, lawn and pool were beautiful. I would definitely stay again

We loved our stay at this property. The Location of this property is close to the beach, great local shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary cooking equipment. The outdoor space worked great for us, playing cards and hanging out. Please note the pool is covered, very small, and you will not be in the sun. We would stay again!

Fantastic house, very cold a/c, stocked kitchen, spacious, very clean. Right off of a busy street, quiet road. Private pool was wonderful after a day at the beach! Beach a quick and easy walk. A few issues with a broken washer and problems with Internet that were communicated to the owner and he responded with linen service and an extended check out in exchange. Very happy with our stay, thank you, Terry!

The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the old dining room table plenty big for 6 or more to have a meal. We used the grill that's provided and didn't have to worry about propane, an extra one sitting right there. The pool area and outside kitchen were a bonus. Nice evening dips in the heated pool. The location was perfect. Any questions we had from the host (Terry) got back to us within minutes. Would love to stay again. Some of the furniture wasn't the same as the pictures but was nice and worked well for us. I just want to mention, If you are not a stair climber this place is not for you we already knew about the stairs so not a problem for us. Some cleaning could have been tidier (for example, there was still tape on the walls as if someone had a party with streamers or balloons, and there were some gunky splotches on the walls in the bedrooms) and some small repairs (looked like a railing on the stairs had been ripped out of the wall) but overall acceptable cleanliness and a great experience overall.

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time — but we always do. The location was good — short walk to nearby beach & shops, easy golf cart to more. Our issues were minor: wrong entry code, wrong Wifi info, not enough dining chairs (seven for our group of 8) or balcony chairs (two broken chairs and one good one for use on the three balconies), only 2 water glasses and 5 wine glasses, not enough pillowcases (though plenty of pillows) and a number of things cracked, loose or broken. All minor stuff, and it did not keep us from enjoying the week very much. Terry was generally responsive: gave me a few door codes over the phone to get us in on arrival, and got us new drinking glasses the second day. All in all, a good vacation.

We were a group of 8 ladies getting away for a long weekend. The house was just like the photos. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus. The location is fantastic. The beach is a 2 minute walk and shopping/restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk.

We had a great time celebrating my wife’s birthday here. We had 8 adults that stayed here comfortably. The location was great, and with a golf cart, you can get to everywhere you need to go. The beach was easily accessible and Publix was a fun golf cart ride away. The pool area was very fun and a great place to hang out with friends. The only update that I would recommend would be to update the TV’s to larger more modern models. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this unit, and we would book this place again.

We’ve been coming to the island almost every year for 6 years. We brought friends with us this time so it was 4 of us and 4 of them. Plenty of room. Half block walk to beach. Check in was easy. Owner was accessible. Very clean. Covered pool so kids would still swim if weather wasn’t cooperating. You can walk to bridge st. Everything was provided. This property was perfect location to the beach. We had two couples with kids (7 total) and it was the perfect amount of room. A couple of issues occurred but the property manager was quick to respond. It had all the appliances and extra staples in the kitchen that were very helpful. My family of 8 (5 adults and 3 teens) stayed there 1st week of May and we absolutely loved the place. Location, location, location! Walked to beach, restaurants, convenient store, bakery, bar. The private pool was so nice to come back to after baking on the beach. The pool is covered so it was so refreshing to cool off in pool in the shade. Terry was very nice and has a very nice place e. I have no complaints at all. We arrived and had an easy check-in (auto lock system) enjoyed the locations proximity to bridge street and the beach and had a. Easy check out. Terry was very responsive and all went very smooth. We took advantage of our ability to "work remotely" to have an extended stay in Bradenton Beach. The Internet was pretty good although if there are several of you working at the same time (there were six of us), you may want to bring Ethernet cords to plug directly into the router. The proximity to the beach and walking path by Cortez provided great distractions between work. Kitchen, grill, dining area and two full size refrigerators were put to good use since we were limiting our time in restaurants. The area had several great restaurants that offered carry-out within walking distance. For a short drive north, there are many additional places that offered outdoor seating or carry out. The patio spaces and balconies provided a variety of places to gather for happy hours and dining. Terry was very responsive if we had questions or concerns. Would highly recommend!Posted: 3/28/2021

We had an amazing time meeting up with former college teammates and friends. The accommodations were perfect. The house has everything needed for a fun, relaxing trip to the island. Great proximity to the beach. Very spacious. The master bedroom mattress is very loud, however, the master suite is an oasis on it's own, just toss gingerly through the night. Great beach chairs and plenty of toys for children. The pool has a heater, however, it might not be functioning properly. The water was not 85 degrees. Fantastic Location!! This house was very spacious, well appointed, and very conveniently located! We never had to move our car once we arrived! 5/5 Great location We spent Labor Day weekend at this lovely home. There were 7 of us and we had lots of space and the house was very clean. The only down side was the beds weren’t very comfortable for sleeping and beach chairs were not useable. It didn’t matter because the beach and gulf was so amazing we spent the whole day in the water. Family vacation Great place to accommodate a large family vacation. This place comfortably slept 7, including a 2.5 year old. Everyone had their own rooms and bed. Location could not have been better. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Fun Getaway Perfect house for family get-away. Terry's family have thoughtfully made available everything from beach chairs, and fishing poles, to beach towels in case you forgot yours. It was a very laid back vacation. Be sure to get to the beach to watch the awesome sunsets. Only suggestion - board games would be entertaining for guests. Anna Maria Beach Palace Loved the location easy walk to the beach and the property was very spacious. The kids loved the pool. The only issue was the bbq was dirty. Communication with the property owner was great. Spacious home perfect location! This is very spacious 4 bed 3 bath.. rooms were very large.. nice appliances, has all The kitchen items you need. Pool was just right to hang out in after a day at the beach! 2 minute walk to beach.. perfect! Great location! Just a few steps from the beach. House had everything we needed. The covered pool was fantastic for the kids to great a break from the sun and also to be able to enjoy in the mid afternoon rain showers. Very spacious and clean. "Our stay at Anna Maria Island Beach Palace was better than we expected. The house was perfect for our needs. We were 6 adults and 2 11 mos old babies. The pool was perfect for us. It is covered and we used it while it was raining (no lightning) and when the sun was strong. The layout of the house worked so well for us. The main level has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a nice kitchen, a family room and a lovely balcony with patio furniture. This is where we spent most of our time when at home. Upstairs is a huge master bedroom suite with a big bathroom with a jetted tub. There is also another bedroom on this level. Terry was very easy to work with. He is responsive and very accommodating. There were 2 pack and plays in the house and we were able to return the 2 we had rented. The location of this house could not be better. Very short walk to the beach and to restaurants. "Family vacation This property was next to perfect for our 6 adult, 3 small children... the only real negative was having to cross Gulf Blvd. but motorists were always yielding to us..... having a covered pool was a life saver, since it rained the first two days in the afternoon but the kids were able to still swim.... outdoor shower had hot water! plenty of towels, beach and pool toys.... the stairs coming up into the first floor were very dark mainly due to the ceiling light not working... easy fix... kitchen was very well equipped.... kids loved riding the trolly and a short walk to the ice cream shops. Myself and three friends booked a 4-night get away. This property was clean and walkable to many restaurants and the attractions on Bridge Street. The home was reasonably equipped with what we needed for our stay; no rental ever has everything! Terry was a great host with lots of communication after booking and at the end of the stay. This was our second year in this property and it is perfect for our family.... the covered private pool was great for small children to have the beach and a pool.... a putt-putt golf course within walking distance.... we were there for 5 days and never moved our cars.... highly recommend.... very, very cleanPosted: 7/12/2020
