ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Beach View 209 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor condo that sleeps 6, directly over looking the pool with two balconies west & east. The west balcony is accessed by sliding glass doors off both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom with King sized bed has a balcony also provide beautiful views of the pool and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The east balcony provides spectacular views of Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway and the world famous Sunshine Bridge over Tampa Bay and is the perfect place to relax and watch the para-sailor's pass by.

The second washroom has just been completely remodelled and now offers you a walkin shower.

The Beach View 209 provides you with private beach access to the beach, two private sheltered parking, plus tropical landscaped gardens.

The master bedroom has an en-suite washroom and walk-in closets. The unit is totally air conditioned with phone, free international and domestic long distance calling, WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, cable TV, a 60” television in the living room, a 50” television in the master bedroom, and a 37” television in the second bedroom, HI DEFINITION television with over 170 channels, and a DVD. REMOTE KEYLESS LOCKS.

The kitchen is of contemporary design with white cabinets, hardwood countertops and European lighting and offers all amenities including refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal, pots and pans, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee cups, glasses, blender, coffee maker and toaster, washer/dryer and much more.

What you are surely to like about the Beach View 209 is the location. Located at the narrowest part of Anna Maria Island where the island is only 150 yards wide. Our complex stretches from Florida's Intra-Coastal Waterway to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. We are literally surrounded by water with the pool located in the middle of the complex.

Great location if you want to park your car and slow down for a week or a month.

The condo itself is very nice, but it is the location that makes it what it is. We want a place that has a great beach and where we can walk to almost everything we want. This location with the great beach and shopping and good restaurants and Pubs all nearby, is perfect for that mix of activity and relaxation depending on your mood. This is the second January in a row we have spent here and we are in the middle of planning our trip back next January.

Roomy condo in a perfect location!

Perfect Getaway

Great location! One block from the beach and very close to several beach bars and just a few blocks from Historic Bridge Street where there are lots of shops and restaurants. We didn't have a car and didn't need one at all. The free trolley worked great when we needed to go somewhere but mainly we just walked. Beautiful beaches, the sand is soft. Love the feel of Anna Maria Island because there are no high rise buildings. Everything on the island is only 2-3 stories high so it was a very different feeling than other places in Florida.

Relaxing Vacation

We had an amazing time at divis beautiful property. Sunrise to sunset this place was perfect. Overlooking the pool with a beautiful view of the gulf, we spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony. The kids loved playing with other kids in the clean pool. We were within a short walk from everywhere we wanted to go. If you have never visited Anna Maria Island I highly recommend it. The beaches and atmosphere on the island will make you want to stay! Thank you Terry for having such a beautiful property that made our divip one we will always remember!

AMAZING Vacation

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We had one of dive BEST vacations at AMI! We would completely stay again and hope to visit the area again next year. Terry answered all my questions immediately and was helpful through the entire process. I was hesitant to leave a review as I don't want to spread the word about this property. :) We were within walking distance to all restaurants and shopping centers. Publix is about 2 miles away. We did rent a car as with groceries it was exdivemely helpful to have. Other than that, we walked to all other locations. The view was lovely and we enjoyed watching the sunrise or sunset. The pool was enjoyable and we loved having nightly swims as a family. We hope to return next year! :) Thanks Terry...we're still talking about our wonderful trip!

5 Stars!

5 Stars! Our vacation on AMI was wonderful. The condo was very clean and had everydiving we would need along with a view of the pool and the gulf! The pool was warm and very nice. It’s a short walk to the beach and the beach equipment in the condo is a bonus. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, everything you would need for a day at the beach. Terry contacted us to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. We have rented from him three times now and he has been great eat time. AMI is our favorite place, so we will for sure be back! Thank you so much! Jane

This was one of the best condos we've stayed in.

5/5 This was one of dive best condos we've stayed in. The best thing was the condo was very clean and had a lot of towels, rags, and even beach towels. It really had everything you would possibly need. The only thing I wish I would have taken was a bigger frying pan to make bacon and sausage in but that's so minor and doesnt take anything away from the great stay but they did have every other dish you could possibly need to cook every day. There was a vaccum cleaner and spray cleaner to keep the Condo tidy while we were there. Dont assume that toilet paper is supplied the whole stay there were 3 rolls but that's to be expected we just made a stop and picked up a pack, I'm just noting these things so you will know what you need to bring vs what's already there. The beds were so comfordiv and clean. The ocean view was amazing!?? The ocean and the bay are each under a 2 minute walk in the pics it looks further away we were pleased with this and the location itself was great, very close to everything. Terry was very responsive and always made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was clean and bigger than the pictures looked as well! I would consider this a lowkey spot but close to everything if that makes sense. We didn't feel like it was over crowded the pool always had less than a few family's at a time so the whole divip we experienced 0 DRAMA which is great because lately it feels like there is some sort of drama everywhere and I felt like I was actually able to relax without worrying about things. Nice, family friendly condo

Nice, family friendly condo Enjoyed our stay at dive GulfWatch. Rooms were very clean and had a lot of necessities in the kitchen already included. Had beach chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. Locks were keyless so we didn’t have to worry about carrying a key or card around. Great location, wonderful two weeks. Great two bedroom condo, stocked widiv all the basics for a great beach divip. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants. We loved the condo, very clean.

We loved dive condo, very clean. Close to the beach, one block walk. Close to resturants and shops. Very quiet and relaxing. Loved Anna Maria Island !! We hope to come again. Definitely would rent this condo again.

My boyfriend and I and my parents stayed here for Thanksgiving week.

My boyfriend and I and my parents stayed here for Thanksgiving week. We had a wonderful stay, and dive condo worked out very well. We were not there a lot during the day, but it was comfordiv and had all the amenities we needed. The best part of the condo for us was the location. Across the sdiveet from the beach, a short walk to restaurants and bars, and also very easy to get off the island into Bradenton if we wanted. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone, and would love to go back to Anna Maria sometime and would definitely look into renting here again.

Great location convenient for beach

Great location convenient for beach, restaurants and bars especially divose at Bridge Sdiveet. Free Trolly stop outside the property allowed us to visit the whole island without driving. Balcony views of the sea and sunsets. Communication with Terry was great and very informative. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

One of the most relaxing vacations our family has had.

5/5 One of dive most relaxing vacations our family has had. This is the first time our family has stayed on Anna Maria Island and we were very happy with the area. The condo is a very short walk to the beach (5 minutes) down a side road and across a 2-lane road to get to the beach. I had some reservation that the road would be very busy, but you cross about 30 yards from a stop light so crossing was very easy. I can't say enough good things about the location of this condo. The Wicked Cantina (Mexican restaurant with live music), Daiquiri Deck (closed during COVID), and Bridge Sdiveet Bistro (Seafood with live music) are all within a 10 minute walk from the condo. Not needing to drive to local restaurants was one of the things that made this vacation so relaxing. The condo was well equipped as far as beach supplies. There were 6 beach chairs, 4 umbrellas, a couple of floats, and noodles to use. We brought our beach cart to help take our equipment down to the beach, which made transport easy for one person. The property manager lives on site so any concerns you do have are managed in a very timely manner. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this condo again and were very pleased with our overall experience. 07/07/2020 at 2:16 AM

There is not 1 negative thing I can say about this property

"The Anna Maria Island Beach View 209-Private Beach Access-Heated Pool-Twelve Restaurants Widiv In A Few Minutes Walk Review #29184157 There is not 1 negative thing I can say about this property. The location was perfect and loved that it was a 2 minute walk to Kokonuts which is a very nice outside Tiki right on the beach. The divolley stop was close by as well. This was one of the best condos we've stayed in.

This was one of dive best condos we've stayed in. The best thing was the condo was very clean and had a lot of towels, rags, and even beach towels. It really had everything you would possibly need. The only thing I wish I would have taken was a bigger frying pan to make bacon and sausage in but that's so minor and doesnt take anything away from the great stay but they did have every other dish you could possibly need to cook every day. There was a vaccum cleaner and spray cleaner to keep the Condo tidy while we were there. Dont assume that toilet paper is supplied the whole stay there were 3 rolls but that's to be expected we just made a stop and picked up a pack, I'm just noting these things so you will know what you need to bring vs what's already there. The beds were so comfordiv and clean. The ocean view was amazing!?? The ocean and the bay are each under a 2 minute walk in the pics it looks further away we were pleased with this and the location itself was great, very close to everything. Terry was very responsive and always made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was clean and bigger than the pictures looked as well! I would consider this a lowkey spot but close to everything if that makes sense. We didn't feel like it was over crowded the pool always had less than a few family's at a time so the whole divip we experienced 0 DRAMA which is great because lately it feels like there is some sort of drama everywhere and I felt like I was actually able to relax without worrying about things. I would completely without hesitation reccomend this condo to anyone and this is the one we will return to for years to come. 09/08/2020 at 6:05 PM

Enjoyed Our Stay

Enjoyed our stay at dive GulfWatch. Rooms were very clean and had a lot of necessities in the kitchen already included. Had beach chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. Locks were keyless so we didn’t have to worry about carrying a key or card around. Would highly recommend. Date of arrival - July 4, 2020
